Grand jury indicts former Buckeyes running back on three counts of rape

A Franklin County grand jury on Thursday indicted former Ohio State University running back Bri'onte Dunn on three felony rape charges.  Columbus police said Dunn, 24, of Alliance, asked the female acquaintance for a ride home about 4:15 a.m. Aug. 20. She drove him to her residence and went to bed.  About 15 minutes later, she told police, Dunn got into bed with her and began pulling at her night clothes, kissing her and fondling her.
