Graduates must soon show proof of post-high school plans

Graduating from high school might get a little tougher for some kids in Chicago.Seniors will soon be required to have a post-high school plan before they can get their diploma.Students will have to either show they've secured a job or received an acceptance letter to college, a trade apprenticeship a gap year program or the military.The new requirements will take effect in 2020.
