COLUMBUS - Coffee shops around the country will be the center of community policing Wednesday.It’s National Coffee with a Cop Day.Since 2011, the first Wednesday of October has been a day dedicated to building better relationships between police and the people they serve.The grassroots effort started in California and has since grown to all 50 states and 14 different countries.Here are just a few happening in central Ohio today:Newark Police 8:30 am – 10:30 am. Tim Hortons, 963 N. 21
