Governor's employees return to office after powdery substance scare

The Riffe Center office of Ohio Gov. John Kaisch temporarily was evacuated late this morning after the discovery of a powdery substance in a mailed envelope. The powder fell from an envelope while it was being opened by an employee, said Sgt. Vincent Shirey, spokesman for the State Highway Patrol.
