Government Insider: Ginther begins assembling his cabinet

Columbus Mayor-elect Andrew J. Ginther has begun assembling his cabinet and has appointed a close friend and former reporter as his chief of staff. Ginther announced this week that Greg Davies, who is Mayor Michael B. Coleman’s director of the Department of Public Utilities, will be that top adviser.
