Glimcher CEO quits; name change planned

Michael P. Glimcher has resigned as CEO, vice chairman and director of WP Glimcher Inc., the company announced Monday evening. The company also said it plans to change its name to Washington Prime Group Inc., something that will be addressed at the Aug. 30 shareholders meeting.
