Ginther to take charter committee applications starting Monday

Mayor Andrew J. Ginther will move forward with his plan to form a charter review committee to study whether the Columbus City Council should change to better represent residents. Ginther will begin accepting applications for the seven-member committee on Monday. He will choose three members, council members will choose three and then the mayor and council will jointly appoint the final member.
