Ginther talks accomplishments, future plans during address

Mayor Ginther said Columbus has its challenges but also has achievements during his State of the City Address.“As I stand with you this evening, the state of our city is strong,” Ginther said.The mayor said the city is enjoying the fastest growing economy in the Midwest with the lowest unemployment in 25 years.Mayor Ginther, who was giving his second State of the City address, outlined a broad range of programs for what he calls America’s opportunity city.Starting with the youn
