Ginsburg: Kaepernick comments "inappropriately harsh"

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg apologized Friday for characterizing as “dumb and disrespectful” the national anthem protests by San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and other athletes.
