Getting fit, staying fit in 2017
If you set your mind to it, progress can be made.
Shanon Case has been hard at it now for two-and-a-half years. It started as a goal.
"I wanted to lose weight," she said.
Since then, this mother-of-four has seen results.
"I lost 40 pounds," she said. "It was great."
