COLUMBUS, Ohio-- The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash that occurred on Phillipi Road in west Columbus.The crash happened at 7:22 a.m. Wednesday near Phillipi Road and Fisher Road in west Franklin County.According to the Sheriff's Office,the crash happened when a car driving north on Phillipi Road drove under the trailer of a semi-truck turning out of a business parking lot.One person was pronounced dead at the scene and another was transported by first
