Fredericktown man receives sixth OVI offense from OSHP

DELAWARE -- A Fredericktown man has received his sixth OVI offense from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.Roger R. Raubenolt was arrested and charged on April 15 for operating a vehicle under the influence, resulting in a traffic crash on State Route 229, according to authorities.Investigators said Raubenolt was traveling eastbound on State Route 229 when he drove off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail.No other vehicles were involved in the crash and there were no passengers in Raub
