Franklin Township police levy: How often to ask?

It’s no surprise that Franklin Township Trustee Tim Guyton is campaigning against his own township’s police levy. He did it a year ago when he opposed a fire levy because most of the township department’s runs were into Columbus. Voters rejected that tax issue.
