Franklin County Sheriff's Office is expanding their therapy K9 Unit
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is doubling the size of its Therapy K9 Unit, from 2 to 4 dogs.The unit includes:•Mattis (Yellow Labrador Retriever), with partner Deputy Darrah Metz
•Stark (German Spitz), with partner Deputy Tyler McDowell
•Kit (Standard Poodle), with partner Sergeant Jason Ratcliff
•Woody (Labradoodle), with partner Lieutenant Mike D’Errico The K9 unit will serve as a comforter to crime victims, as well as traveling to schools, events, and hospital
