Franklin County sheriff’s deputy passes away after battle with cancer

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has announced Deputy Randall Hoar has passed away after battling cancer.Deputy Hoar began working with the sheriff’s office in June 1999.Hoar retired from the United States Navy as a Chief Petty Officer before joining the sheriff’s office."He was an exemplary employee and a good friend to many of his colleagues.
