Franklin County reluctantly settles ballpark plumbing suit

Franklin County plans to pay $50,000 to a Pennsylvania plumbing company over a dispute involving the construction of Huntington Park. Though he’ll likely vote for the payout on Tuesday, county Commissioner John O’Grady blasted the company for its work and business practices.
