Franklin County’s elections director and a former employee have been indicted for theft in office. Executive Director William A. Anthony Jr. and former fiscal officer Brenna Umbstaetter both face felony counts of tampering with documents and theft in office following an investigation by Ohio Auditor Dave Yost’s office.
