Franklin County deputy hospitalized in southeast Columbus crash

COLUMBUS - A Franklin County Sheriff's deputy was involved a two-vehicle crash on US-33, according to Columbus police.Investigators say the deputy was traveling with his K-9 unit Saturday just before 2 a.m. on US-33 eastbound near the Refugee Road ramp when he was T-boned by another vehicle.The deputy was taken to Grant Medical Center and is expected to be OK. The condition of the person in the other vehicle has not been released. The condition of the K-9 also has not been released.Stay with 10T
