Franklin County adopts delayed inclusion and diversity plan

For the past week, the commissioners have been criticized by the Columbus branch of the NAACP and others for an inclusion and diversity plan those organizations believed was too broad. The plan was adopted Tuesday after commissioners consulted with county Prosecutor Ron O'Brien and after adding a committee to make sure the plan's intent is followed.
