Franklin Co. SWAT officer shoots, kills dog outside courthouse

According to 10TV’s Tracy Townsend who witnessed the events unfold, an unleashed dog approached a K9 from a the Franklin County SWAT team in front of the Franklin County Courthouse Thursday afternoon.
