Franklin Co. Sheriff's Office evacuated after white powder, threat found in letter

A section of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has been evacuated after an employee found white powder inside a letter Thursday.Columbus Fire said the letter contained the white powder and some type of threat.The area around the office where the letter was opened has been evacuated.Columbus Fire said the situation is contained and hazmat crews are investigating.Police officials said they do not believe the threat is credible.Stay with 10TV and 10TV.com for updates.
