Fourth person charged in OXYwater fraud
A New Jersey financial adviser is the latest person charged in the $9 million OXYwater fraud that has landed three others in prison, including a former Ohio State football player. A federal grand jury in Columbus indicted Kevin R. Foster, 40, of Montclair, New Jersey, on Friday with wire fraud and money laundering, accusing him of misusing $3.5 million belonging to a client, R&B singer-songwriter Shaffer Smith, also known as Ne-Yo.
