Four men indicted in Franklin County self-storage heists

A man and three of his associates have been indicted by the Franklin County Grand Jury Thursday, after committing a variety of crimes including identity fraud, theft, stealing vehicles and breaking and entering into storage units all throughout the county.The 33-count indictment is against ring-leader Charles Knapp, 35, and his associate Justin Lee Goins, 26. Also included in the indictment are Frank M. Abrams II, 47, and Gary Ronald Smith, Jr., 39 , for one count each of fraud and theft.The men
