Four children seriously injured in Outerbelt crash

Four children were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries Friday afternoon, after a four-vehicle crash on Interstate 270 in southern Franklin County. The wreck occurred just before 4 p.m. on the Outerbelt, east of I-71 near Route 23.
