A judge handed down a sentence Thursday for a Hilliard man who engaged in sexual activity with a minor.Nathan Fassnacht, 34, was sentenced to 18 years in prison and must register as a Tier 3 sex offender.Fassnacht was accused of raping two young children between 2000 and 2005.
