Former Knox County Sheriff David Barber passes away

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio -- Knox County is mourning the loss of former sheriff David Barber.The Knox County Sheriff's Office said Barber was found Sunday at his home.The office issued a statement on Facebook about the former sheriff's passing:"We are sad to report the death of retired Sheriff David Barber. He was discovered today at his residence. Our condolences to his family."Barber served as sheriff in Knox County from 1993-2013.
