Former Columbia Gas building gets another tenant

The former headquarters building of Columbia Gas at 200 Civic Center Dr. Downtown has signed another long-term lease. Reminger Co., a Cleveland-based law firm that now has its Columbus offices on Capitol Square, will move to a 25,000-square-foot space on the eighth and ninth floors of the building, which overlooks the Scioto River and the new Scioto Greenways project.
