Former ArmorSource CEO skimmed $1.6 million from company

NEWARK -- The former CEO of ArmorSource is accused of embezzling $1.6 million, according to a bill of particulars from the Licking County Common Pleas Court.The bill states, Yoav Kapah paid a woman $158,023.20 in salary and bonuses after hiring her through a temporary-employment agency.
