Flood waters shut down Interstate; homeowners clean up the mud

A 20-mile section between Kirkersville and Gratiot was closed in both directions Friday due to high water from Thursday's storms.The Ohio Department of Natural Resources says water from Buckeye Lakgoing over over the spillway as designed.ODNR did close one of two drains at the lake to help reduce the amount of water going into the creeks.The state says the lake is two feet above summer levels which is helpingto reduce the amount of water in the area.The Greenbrier Mobile Home Park, Buckeye Lake
