COLUMBUS, Ohio – Flags donated to help remember a fallen Franklin County Sheriff’s Office deputy have been stolen, according to the sheriff’s office.The flags were placed on the memorial highway signs to remember Marty Martin, who was killed in a crash in 2008.The sheriff’s office said in May the flags, which featured an American flag design with a thin blue line, were donated by M.A. D.
