Fixing Franklin County’s ‘pollution pockets’ a daunting task

The water that pours from Ahmad Sadoun's hose shouldn't smell like that. Sadoun uses two filters, but the stench of sewage still cascades from the nozzle onto the flowers and vegetables planted around his property in the Mon-E-Bak neighborhood. Sometimes the smell is stronger, and the water runs brown.
