Five people hurt after gas leak, explosion in northeast Columbus

COLUMBUS - The Columbus Division of Fire said five people are hurt after a gas leak and explosion at an apartment building in northeast Columbus.Battalion Chief Steve Martin said the people were hurt in a six-unit apartment building in the 5800 block of Edge of Village near Blendon Woods Metro Park.Martin said the building was the only one evacuated in the apartment complex.Martin was not able to release the severity of the injuries.Columbus police said State Route 161 is closed between Ulry Roa
