First slippery roads, then a polar vortex will bring bitter temps

It's December, and it looks like we might get an inch of snow today. That's par for the slippery course. But single-digit temperatures? Gad. Expect them Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Dare we call this a “polar vortex?”
