FireFly owner adding variety to former Rosa & Rocco's offerings

When Jason Baehr bought Rosa & Rocco's last September, he gave himself a year to transition the menu to his liking. Comfortable with his changes, he rolled out a new bill of fare and recently renamed the restaurant FireFly American Bistro, 5525 New Albany Road W. But, he's quick to add, he's not finished tweaking the menu, considering the current version the first of three phases.
