Firefighter injuried responding to apartment fire on southeast side

COLUMBUS -- A Columbus firefighter was injured responding to an apartment fire on the southeast side Saturday afternoon.According to Battalion Chief Steve Martin, the firefighter was taken to Ohio State University Medical Center East. Martin said the firefighter received burns to their face.The fire was called in just before 4 p.m. in the 4500 block of Lakeside Drive South.Martin said four units were damaged.
