Firefighter injured after deck collapses in west Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio -Emergency crews took a firefighter to the hospital after he was hurt while battling a fire in West Columbus.Firefighters were called to a working structure fire on Derrer Field Drive around 2:00 a.m. Wednesday. The fire was coming out of the top floor of an apartment building when firefighters arrived.A firefighter was standing on a deck battling the flames when the deck collapsed.
