Film maker Plastic Suppliers refocusing production plans

A Columbus, Ohio-based packaging and industrial films maker will close two sites in Texas and California and beef up operations in Ohio and overseas. But the company will upgrade and expand operations in Columbus and Ghent, Belgium.
