Fewer complaining about Christmas displays in public locations

As religious displays glow in municipal parks and outside city halls across the nation this holiday season, civil-rights advocates say the number of related complaints has dwindled. Gary Daniels, chief lobbyist for the American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio, said such displays have become less controversial as government agencies have become more aware and mindful of the law and ramifications.
