Fees for Delaware County special-duty deputies uncollected

DELWARE, Ohio — The Delaware County sheriff’s office has been violating its own policy by not charging some businesses for the use of police cruisers during special-duty assignments, in one case failing to collect more than $59,000 in the past year.
