Father, son charged with murder in Fayette County

A father and son have been charged with murder according to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.German Posadas-Cruz, 49, and 30-year-old German Cruz Jr. are both being held in a jail outside of Ohio and face an extradition hearing.The arrest is connected to a homicide investigation at an apartment complex in Yatesville.Authorities have no identified the victim nor the cause of death at this time.The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation is still very active.
