Families still push for ban on pure caffeine

WASHINGTON — It’s been nearly two years since they first urged the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to ban the retail sale and marketing of powdered, pure caffeine, but the families of two young men who died after consuming the products see no end to their fight in sight.
