Fairfield County prison locked down as agencies sweep for contraband

A prison south of Lancaster remained locked down Monday night as multiple agencies conducted a contraband sweep.A spokesperson for the Southeastern Correctional Complex said the warden placed the facility on locked-down status after learning of potential contraband being moved through it."We are pleased that our staff, including special response teams from several facilities, acted quickly and aggressively in response to the information that was received," T.J. Martin said in a statement to 10TV
