Explosion levels building at Reynoldsburg apartment complex

Officials are trying to determine what caused a building in a Reynoldsburg apartment complex to explode Thursday night, knocking out power to the area and sending some residents to a shelter overnight. According to Truro Township Fire Chief Steve Hein, the explosion occurred shortly before 9 p.m. in a maintenance building at the Century City Apartments.
