Ex-inmate: Guards kept inmates in cell with toilet spilling

The Columbus Dispatch reports that Robert Krutko's federal case against Franklin County and several officials began Tuesday in Columbus. Krutko says he was asleep on the "ice cold" floor of a holding cell in 2009 when a toilet overflowed.
