Ex-Baylor frat president could avoid jail time in sex assault case
A former fraternity president at Baylor University in Texas who was indicted on felony sexual assault charges could avoid jail time and registering as a sex offender after taking a plea deal Monday. Jacob Walter Anderson, 24, pleaded no contest to one count of unlawful restraint, a third-degree felony.
