Empty site hindering area rebirth

When it comes to West Side redevelopment, the 93-acre Westland Mall is the elephant in the room -- large, gray and sitting there. The mall is a monument to another era, and one that Columbus City Councilman Michael Stinziano believes is hampering redevelopment of the surrounding Westland area.
