Election observers trained to watch polling stations

Combating fraud at local polling stations is a major issue that's been raised during this presidential campaign.
One way Ohio has maintained the integrity of the vote is to use election observers.
If you're an election observer in Ohio, you are not allowed to talk or take photographs of voters once you cross a painted yellow line outside a polling center. By law, it's 100 feet from the entrance of the polling station.
