Elderly man killed in hit skip crash in Licking County

LICKING COUNTY -Accident reconstruction investigators are on the scene along State Route 13north ofSaint Louisville in Licking County.The Licking County Sheriff Office say an elderly man walking near the road was struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning around 11 a.m. The driver of the vehicle drove away from the scene after striking the man with the vehicle.Authorities say they located both the driver and vehicle were later located.Name of the driver and victim were not immediately available for r
