El Nino brings unusual twists to Ohio's winter

It hasn’t exactly been a typical December in Ohio. Warm, downright balmy weather has made for some pleasant days: Bike commuters still coast down High Street on their way to work, runners hit the Olentangy Trail in shorts, kids play outside without jackets. But are we going to pay for this later? Maybe, experts say.
