Edward "Jake" Wagner appears in Pike County for pretrial hearing

WAVERLY, Ohio — Edward "Jake" Wagner appeared in Pike County court Thursday for a pretrial hearing.​​
Wagner was the first of four family members charged with killing eight people from another Ohio family. He has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder and other charges in the potential death penalty case.During his arraignment, Wagner acknowledged the 23 counts against him.
